Students Welfare Schemes

(1) Scholarships/Awards/Freeship :

There are large number of scholarships and Freeships available for needy and deserving students.

Students/parents may contact the designated counter or the Chairperson of Scholarship Committee for further information.

 Degree College students coming from low income group less than ` 1,00,000/- p.a. and is not eligible for any other Scholarship can approach the office Superintendent for ANGC Scholarship.

 

 (a) Government Scholarship

 (1) State Government Open merit Scholarship ( Previous Year Percentage > 60%)

 (2) S.C./S.T. Students Scholarship (Annual Income up to  2,50,000/-)

 (3) NT/OBC/SBC Students Scholarship (Annual income upto 1,00,000/-) (Except BMS & B.Sc. IT/  BSc CS  Course)

(4) State Minority Scholarship Part II ( DHE) (based on Quota System)

(5) National Scholarship Schemes

 

 

(b) Government Freeship

(1) E.B.C (i.e. Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj) Freeship (Applicable for BCom A/F and BCom B/I) (Income Limit  8,00,000)

(2) SC/ST Student Freeship (No income limit)

(3) NT/OBC/SBC Student Freeship (Annual income upto  8,00,000/- Upto Second Child)

 

 

(c) Students Welfare Fund – Mumbai University

(1) Needy student’s scholarship

(2) Financial Assistance for S.T. (Schedule Tribe students)

 

(d) Required Documents for Scholarship / Freeship

(1) Income Certificate (Tahsildar)

(2) Caste Certificate (Tahsildar / Collector)

(3) Domicile Certificate (Tahsildar)

(4) Leaving Certificate

(5) Mark sheet Previous Exam

(6) Ration Card Xerox First & Last Page

(7) Aadhar Card
