Program Guidelines
- 70% Attendance is mandatory for all beneficiaries
- Duration of Courses: 1 – 1.5 Months
- External Assessment on The Good Platform is mandatory for certification
- Project Certificate of Achievement/ Participation to be shared on completion of training
- Beneficiaries must apply for placement opportunities on completion of course
About Skill Development Program
360 Degree Intervention model
- Integrated/Holistic Career Development Program including Counseling, Training, Assessments and Certification, Placements and Post Placement Support.
- The Team you can interact with will include Trainers, Mobilizers/Social Workers, Counselors, Placement officers and Centre Managers.
- Overall, through this program, 30,000 candidates from 2 regions will be mobilized, trained and certified in placement-linked, BFSI, Healthcare and Logistics sector-based courses.
- The eligibility criteria will vary depending on the courses they opt for.
- Training delivery through Master trainers and Technology enabled Learning Management System.
- Internal Assessments to be conducted after each module and also at end of training.
- Joint Certification by Citibank, Project Concern International (PCI) and EduBridge will be provided to all successful candidates.
